The Marketing & Communication Coordinator is an entry level position and is a part of the Commercial team. This role plays a vital role in supporting a number of workstreams and company-wide events. These include external and internal marketing, internal communications in developing culture, branding, and process improvement.  This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and assists in tackling complex business challenges in a wide range of areas including strategy development, measurement, and structure.










  • Coordinates the execution of marketing & branding strategy to support the company’s strategic plan and go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage social media pages for Operating Companies and update social media performance tracker.
  • Oversee Tradeshow budget tracker.
  • Supports Human Resources to create employee-facing content & communication that supports the company “employment brand” (i.e. handbooks, manuals, mass communication, newsletter, training templates, Recruiting materials, etc.).
  • Assists in management of company external websites and social media to ensure a consistent theme that reinforces company strategy, philosophy, and brand.  
  • Generates, writes, and edits internal and external communications.
  • Manages updates to the Energized platform (intranet) to advance collaboration, support Voltyx initiatives, and reinforce our aspired culture/values.
  • Supports trade show events by coordinating payments, shipping, lead gathering, travel, lead follow-up, and all administrative activities associated with events.
  • Manages library of digital assets by structuring, archiving, and creating naming conventions for ease of use.
  • Participate on special projects and teams relating to HR, Communication, Strategic Planning, Sales, or other external facing programs.


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
  • Excellent visual design and writing skills required.
  • Ability to establish detailed strategy but can deploy pragmatically over time through daily activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft products including SharePoint and PowerPoint, website development experience, and understanding of SEO strategies.
